About this event

We're celebrating 26 years of community and stewardship in Wallowa County!

Join us on Saturday, August 27th for the 14th annual Barn Dance Benefit at the Blue Barn Farm on Tenderfoot Valley Road. Festivities begin at 5 with a social hour followed by a BBQ with fresh sides and meat from Country Natural Beef. Enjoy a live auction full of wonderful items and adventures from local businesses and artists, then dance the night away to music by Highway 82.  There will also be an opportunities to raise your paddle to support youth programs, and provide more capacity to further implement and scale WR's nationally recognized stewardship economy model for rural communities in northeast Oregon.

All of the proceeds from this event will benefit Wallowa Resources’ efforts to create jobs in land and water stewardship work, promote sustainable and renewable energy, improve the condition of our forests and grasslands, and provide top notch outdoor youth stewardship learning and career training opportunities.  Learn more about Wallowa Resources at www.wallowaresources.org.
